Sibai has a medium-sized vibration finishing machine, and has specific staff responsible for the vibration work. We use the vibratory machine to grind off the the burrs, or blackened surface from the machined parts, so as to get smooth and bright surface. It works with low noise and it is easy to operate.
A vibration motor is installed in the vibration plate, the vibration plate is connected to the base through a vibration spring to start the vibration grinder, and the vibration motor generates a strong exciting force. The grinding stone in the disc is driven by the vibrating spring to vibrate all parts of the workpiece uniformly, making the workpiece perfect surface.
