1. For Express delivery we must be careful on below 3 points:

(1) To check the customer's delivery address consistent with the invoice;

(2) To check the right service from right express company, such as the international priority service from FeDex,  and UPS’s SAVER service;

(3) To book a delivery. We must check the description of the goods, how many cartons, the total weight. All the data must be consistent between delivery waybill and actual delivered.

2. We take below steps to handle an Oceanshipment:

(1) We fill out the booking form for delivery carefully. On every column in the excel we must be careful, such as the shipper, consignee, cargo description, pallet data.

(2) After receiving the corresponding warehousing receipt, we arrange Customs declaration.

(3) After the customs declaration is completed, we inform the logistics company to pick up the goods.

(4) The logistics company will check the shipping data and issue bill of lading, and wait for vessel despatch.

(5) After sailing, we release B/L to customer. Then customer arranges Customs clearance, and pick up the goods with B/L.

3. About the Tariff issues, the tariff charges at imported Customs should be paid by customer / receiver. If there is any doubt, the customer should communicate with the local Customs clearance staff.

4. About freight, Sibai has obtained favorate discounts from our logistics forwarders, and the freight is relatively favorable. But the freight is changing time to time. Every week the fuel surcharger changes, which influences the freight very much. Sibai will select the most competitive way to delivery goods.

5. If the guests have their own shipping forwarder to arrange the shipping, we will also cooperate with the designated forwarder. We will prepare all necessary shipping documents, so that the forwarder can handle shipping smoothly.
