The sheet or plate thickness range in Sibai’s can be from 0.15 to 8 mm.
The size of the stamping products that can be punched is from 5mm×5mm till 300mm×300mm.
The tonnage of the punching machines are: 16T 25T 40T 45T 80T 100T.
Sibai produces the stamping dies in house. Sibai can produce both single punching dies and progress punching dies. depending on the complexity of the products.
Besides the conventional sheet metal stamping, there are also other types of products which needs punching, for example, teeth punching on nuts, inner hexagon sockets for joints, etc...
The stamping process can be divided into two categories: the separation process and the forming process.
The separation process can be divided into blanking, punching hole, punching teeth, and trimming.
The forming process can be divided into bending, deep drawing, flanging, bulging, flaring, shrinking, etc.
