Sibai Large Water Cooling Plates

The water-cooled backboard is installed with a "cold circulation cold water plate" behind the cabinet. The water-cooled plate is used to fit and attach the subcomponents, and the heat generated by the components is carried away by the liquid flowing in the water-cooling plate. The heat generated by the server is minimized from passing through the backplane heat exchanger.
The water-cooling block is a metal block with a water channel inside. It is made of copper or aluminum. It is in contact with the CPU and will absorb the heat of the CPU. Therefore, this cooling plate has the same effect as the air-cooled heat sink. The water cooling block must have a water channel through which the circulating fluid passes and is completely sealed, so as to ensure that the circulating fluid does not leak and cause short circuit of the electrical appliance.
Sibai adopts the CNC machiningcenter Jirfine V11 produces the water cooling plates. The workbench is 1200 x 600 mm, and the speed can be 12000 rpm. We inspect the plates one by one before delivery.
