After stamping, we do hardening to reach HRC44-46. We do blue zinc plating to protect the surface.

Then we complete the products by riveting. The riveting is a processing, by also stamping machines. By the customer’s requests, we need to do the tensile force test of the riveting to ensure the absolute tensile strength of the products.
