As below pictures, the material is E-Cu57 F25, and the sizes are almost 68x28x16 and D24x76.
E-Cu57 F25 corresponds to Chinese T2 pure copper.
Pure Copper is easy to stick to the cutting tool, and is of soft texture. It’s difficult to control the accuracy in processing. because copper is an excellent thermal conductor, it creates more heat than other materials, which increases tool wear over time. During processing, the machining speed cannot be too fast, so that the cutting tool can wear not too fast.

At present, the anti-oxidation treatment processes of copper include passivation treatment, electroplating, painting, etc. After chemical polishing, the surface of copper parts has a certain brightness, and the oxidation prevention treatment process of copper does not affect its surface brightness.
