Sibai Frames and Structure Parts Features

To improve the efficiency and save material, we adopt die casting to work out the block parts firstly. The main problem of Aluminum die casting parts is the stomata problem (bubble inside). The stomata problem will directly result a bad powder coating effect. In order to avoid this problem, Sibai adopted the vacuum die casting to work out these Aluminum blocks. After die casting, Sibai will sort out the right and good casted blocks for further CNC production.
Then we will complete all rest process by CNC machining. But the most difficult is the powder coating quality control. The surface finishing for these housings is matt powder coating for outdoor conditions. We use Axalta powder coating to ensure these housings unfading after years' wind and heat environment. The powder coating color we provide are RAL7016, RAL9006 and RAL9016. The key to control good powder coating is little color difference. But it is complicated and difficult process during the powder coating. The temperature, process time, powder thickness and powder quality can all result color difference. Then color difference will also result high failure rate. Sibai can control the powder coating much better now after several years' try.
We also provide some housings made by steel, such as the dimensions of these housings φ20mm×200mm and φ87mm×500mm. We do environmentally friendly blue zinc-plated without VI chrome.
All these housings are visible parts. So we pack these housing very carefully before delivery. We can also do laser marking for these housings according to customers' needs.
