The powder spraying process is the electrostatic powder spraying process. The negatively charged powder sprayed by the spray gun is attached to the object to be coated under the action of airflow and attraction in the air, and then heated and cured to form a film. This process dominates the industrial spraying field and is very versatile.
The 1st process is pretreatment, including pickling to remove oil and rust, passivation, cleaning and dust removal, etc..
The 2nd process is electrostatic spraying, which is divided into manual spraying and mechanical spraying. Powder coating uses the principle of electrostatic adsorption to uniformly spray a layer of powder coating on the surface of the workpiece. We can adjust the spray thickness of different end faces according to customer needs and accept customized powder colors. Generally, the coating thickness is between 0.05-0.3um.
The 3rd process is high temperature curing. The workpiece after spraying is to put into a drying furnace whose furnace temperature is kept at about 200℃, and heated for about 30 minutes.
The 4th process is out of the oven cooling. The powder coating process has the advantages of environmental protection, fast curing, no missed ends, recyclability, high hardness, uniform color, strong aesthetics, corrosion resistance, and not easy to scratch.
